Reset computer to Factory setting or reinstall Windows Operating System $75
DATA RECOVERY
Recover data from "dead Hard Drives (Desktop & Laptop) for $30/per 700MB of data
COPY HARD DRIVE
Copy old Hard drive to New hard Drive $60 (move contents from drive to drive)
ADWARE/SPYWARE REMOVAL
Remove Adware & Spyware from computer $50 work preformed at shop
VIRUS REMOVAL
Remove virus from computer $50 work preformed at shop
COMPUTER TRAINING
Computer Training $20/hr 1 person /$30/hr 2 people (2 people max)
training done on customer equipment
TRIP CHARGE
Trip charge is charged for each trip made to customer's site
If service call is in the county of Harrison, IN the Trip Charge is $30.
If service call is in the counties of Floyd or Crawford, IN the Trip Charge is $50.
If service call is in the county of Mead, KY the Trip Charge is $60.
If service call is in the county of Clark, IN the Trip Charge is $60.

CANCELLATION FEE
Charged only if service call is canceled after Technician arrives on site
If service call is Cancelled the
cancellation fee is $100.
